SELF EXPERIENCE

In 2002, while helping a bankrupt financial company with a liability of about ₹70,00,000, a customized business module was designed. In just 15 months, the company achieved a turnover of ₹25+ crore with 1,28,780 bona fide customers.

This was achieved at the cost of putting a 27-year government career at risk. Upon rejoining the job, my mind was filled with deep inner conflict.

The job salary was ₹5,000 per month, yet my Income Tax Return for FY 2002-03 showed an average earned commission of ₹5,38,270 per month.

INFLUENCE OF DR. B. R. AMBEDKAR

From childhood, I was deeply influenced by the life, struggle, and mission of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.

The question that had emerged from my own experience found a deeper direction in his vision—that poverty is the root cause of most socio-economic problems, and lasting change is possible only through the financial empowerment of every citizen.

This reinforced my conviction that the search was not merely for higher income, but for a practical and sustainable path to economic empowerment for ordinary Indian families.
